Incomes

Recording what the car brings in, to close the books for anyone driving professionally.

The Incomes screen is the counterpart of expenses. It serves anyone using the car as a work tool, on a ride-hailing app, delivery, haulage or rental.

Recording income is a paid plan feature.

  1. Enter an income

Tap the floating button and enter the type, the amount, the Date, the Time and the Odometer, the same way as for an expense. Currency, Note and Attachments complete the record.

Recurrence repeats the income at the chosen interval: Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual or Annual. None keeps the entry a one-off.

  2. Read the totals

At the top appear the totals for the period, the Per day amount and the amount per unit of distance. Set against the same numbers on the Expenses screen, they close the books on the car.

  3. Adjust the types

Income types, inside the form, opens the list so you can add your own sources.

  4. Filter and correct

The per-vehicle filter works as on the other Hub screens. Swipe the row to the right to edit and to the left to delete.

If something goes wrong

Recording income is a paid plan feature. Expenses, fill-ups and the rest of the Hub stay available on any plan.

Set the totals on this screen against the ones on the Expenses screen, for the same period and the same vehicle. Both sides need the Odometer filled in, because without it the cost per distance is not worked out.

Include the fuel as well, which sits on the Refueling screen rather than in Expenses.

Open Income types from inside the form and add your own. The list applies to every vehicle.
