Timeline

Everything that happened to the car in chronological order, and the shortcut to enter any record.

The Timeline gathers everything recorded for the vehicle into a single list: fill-ups, expenses, income, services, maintenance and reminders, from the most recent to the oldest.

It is the screen that answers what has already been done to that car, without making you check six different screens.

  1. Go through the history

    Each row carries the date, the type of record and the amount, where there is one. Tap a row to open the record in its own form, already filled in and ready to edit.

  2. Filter by vehicle

    With more than one car registered, the filter at the top decides whose timeline is shown.

  3. Enter any record from here

    The floating button opens the six creation shortcuts: New fuel event, New expense, New income, New service, New maintenance event and New reminder.

    It is the shortest path right after the gas station or the shop, with no need to find the specific screen for each type.

  4. See the next fill-up forecast

    Where there is enough history, the screen shows Next refuel with the estimated date, worked out from your consumption and your mileage.

  5. Export the vehicle report

    The export icon in the header opens the Export screen. Choose the Vehicle, the Period, with the From and To dates, and the areas that go into the file: Fuel, Maintenance, Services, Expenses, Incomes and Reminders. Tap Export CSV.

    The full report is a paid plan feature. On the free plan the icon opens the matching notice.

If something goes wrong

The screen shows only what has been recorded. Start by entering a fill-up or an expense through the floating button; from the second record onwards the list becomes useful.

Check the per-vehicle filter at the top: the record may have been entered on another car. The timeline is always for one vehicle at a time, and does not bring the cars together into a single view.

The full vehicle report as CSV is a paid plan feature. Every record stays reachable on the screen, and the basic data export sits in Settings, Backup and export, available on any plan.
