About these terms
These terms apply to the car2home.ai website (this page). The Car 2 Home mobile app has its own terms, shown at install time and in the app settings.
Acceptable use
The site is free, public, and offered for you to read, browse and download content for personal use. We just ask that you avoid:
- Bulk scraping or copying site content to republish on other properties without permission.
- Attempts to compromise the infrastructure (port scanning, brute force, exploits, abuse of the contact form for spam or phishing).
- Using site content to train commercial AI models without explicit permission.
Intellectual property
The "Car 2 Home" brand, logo, text, images and site code belong to the project owners. You may quote excerpts with attribution, share links, and use screenshots for discussion or critique. Commercial reproduction requires prior authorization.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", with no guarantees of continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. Technical content (guides, adapter comparisons, integration instructions) is informational and may be out of date.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for decisions made based on content published here. Before applying any technical instruction to your vehicle, validate with the manufacturer's official sources.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute related to the site will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
