Home screen

The opening dashboard: active vehicle, connection state, the three sensor blocks and the shortcut grid.

The home screen is the starting point of the app. It shows which vehicle is active, the state of the communication with the car, three readings of your choice and the shortcut grid, divided into the three areas of the app.

  1. Choose the active vehicle

    With more than one car registered, a picker appears at the top. Swipe to switch vehicle. Everything below it then refers to the car you chose, including trips, fill-ups and sensor profiles.

    The garage button next to it opens My Garage, where the vehicles are managed.

  2. Connect to the car

    The connectivity card shows two states: the adapter and the vehicle's ECU. Tap Connect to use the adapter already saved, or tap the card to open the Connection screen and choose a different one.

    With no adapter saved, the card shows Connect an OBD adapter and leads straight to that screen.

  3. Choose the three numbers at the top

    The three blocks appear with the car connected, just below the vehicle card, and carry consumption, fuel and range by default.

    Swipe one of them to the right to choose another sensor. The swipe itself opens the selection, with no second tap needed.

  4. Move between the three areas

    The shortcuts are separated into Driver, Vehicle and Mechanic. Each category has a color of its own, blue, green and orange, repeated in the header of the screens of that area.

    The More card, at the end of the grid, reveals the hidden shortcuts of the category.

  5. Rearrange the grid

    Tap the icon next to the category names to open the home screen customization. There you reorder the shortcuts, hide the ones you do not use and choose which categories appear. The same screen is in Settings > Home screen.

    Do not confuse it with the icon in the header at the top of the screen: that one opens the app Settings.

If something goes wrong

Live data, Terminal and Supported sensors depend on the car's ECU answering. Connect the adapter with the ignition on and try again.

The item may be hidden or in another category. Tap More to reveal the hidden ones, or open the home screen customization through the icon next to the categories, or in Settings > Home screen.

The three blocks exist only with the car connected, because the readings come from the ECU. With no active adapter the whole strip leaves the screen, rather than showing empty values.

Connect through the Connection screen, with the ignition on.

On reading the car's VIN, the app found a manufacturer different from the registered one, and shows both: Registered and Detected. The warning appears once per session, after the connection with the car is established.

Update reopens the registration with the detected make already selected. Keep as is preserves the current registration, and the app does not ask again for this car.

The warning comes up when you sign in on a second phone that already had the same car registered: the local registration and the one in the cloud arrive as two vehicles.

Merge vehicles joins the two into one. Keep separate preserves both registrations. Neither answer deletes data.

This phone holds vehicles, sensor settings and history saved by another account used on it before.

Bring to this account transfers that data to the current account. Keep separate leaves everything as it is. Neither answer deletes data.

The adapter did not detect the car's protocol automatically, and the app is trying the known settings. Wait for it to finish.

If the message comes back on every connection, set the protocol by hand on the adapter page.

With the app in the background, it measured which sensors of the advanced profile the vehicle answers. View sensors opens the Supported sensors screen with the result.
